Are there any additional costs for the course?No! After paying the course fee, there are no other mandatory costs. The exam is also free of extra charges.
Is there an option to pay in instalments?We provide participants with access to all course materials, so the course can be started after making a single payment.
Is it possible to complete the course online?Yes, all our courses can be completed 100% online, which is fully equivalent to in-person training.
When can I start the course if I want to study online?You can start the online course immediately after paying the course fee. You can study at your own pace, comfortably from home. After preparing, you can also take the exam flexibly.
How does the exam work?After you’ve prepared, we offer a free, flexible exam option. We provide an exam guarantee. The exam is taken by answering online test questions.
When will I receive my Certificate?Participating in the course does not guarantee the Certificate. The Certificate is awarded after successfully passing the exam.
What kind of Certificate will I receive if I pass the exam?After a successful exam, we issue a personalised Certificate from the Academy, with a QR code and serial number.
Can I request a Certificate in another language?Yes, the Certificate is available in many languages for an additional fee.
