People-centred coaching training, with real-life experience
Our trainers are experienced coaches and helping professionals who don’t just teach coaching – they practise it every day. They bring their real-life experience with real people into the training, so the material doesn’t stay theoretical knowledge, but becomes a mindset you can use straight away. We believe a coach’s authentic presence, self-awareness and ability to connect are at least as important as their methodological preparation.
Our trainers’ shared values are professional credibility, ethical practice, and a people-centred approach. For them, coaching isn’t a collection of techniques, but quality and responsibility, which they pass on by setting an example. They represent this approach throughout the entire training, and pass it on to course participants too.
