Ordering a course

You can submit applications electronically via the Service Provider’s website, which gives you access to the online training for the selected course. Completing the form takes a few minutes and is essential to start the course. Our system accepts course fees electronically; you can pay by bank transfer or card payment. After placing the order and making payment, our system immediately creates a learner account where we provide access to the online video and written learning materials.

General information

The online course offers participants a convenient, flexible way to study from home with the help of teaching materials and notes. Online courses are 100% online programmes and are equivalent in value to in-person training. Our online courses can be started immediately after purchase. Once the full course fee has been paid, the participant automatically gains access to the full learning materials via the learner platform. The Service Provider provides the full course content for the online course; therefore, if you choose online training, instalment payments are not possible. After a successful exam, the participant can access the Certificate electronically.

We register applicants as registered participants only once the full course fee has been paid, including any discounted amount.

The training provider accepts course fees exclusively via electronic payment. The training provider does not offer cash payment.

You are responsible for providing all technical equipment and services required for the training, which may include, among other things, a computer, a mobile phone, and an internet connection.

If the payer is unable or does not wish to participate in the course at all, we are unable to refund the amount paid. After payment, by providing access to the full learning materials, the Service Provider performs the service in full and considers it completed. The opportunity to take the exam after the service has been completed, and to obtain the Certificate after a successful exam, is free of charge, and therefore does not form part of the service.

Exam

We provide the participant with a free, flexible exam option, and in the event of an unsuccessful exam, you can retake the exam free of charge, even multiple times.

Certificates

Participation in the course does not entitle the participant to a guaranteed Certificate. The Certificate can be obtained after a successful exam.

After a successful exam, the Certificate is immediately available from the learner platform and can be downloaded electronically in a printable format, confirming completion of the training.

If the participant provides incorrect details during registration and the issued document is therefore not suitable for them based on the details provided, or if the participant wishes to request a new document, the administrative cost of issuing it is subject to a fee. This fee is set by the Service Provider within its own discretion and must be accepted and paid by the applicant before the document is issued. The Service Provider cannot be required to fulfil such a request and does not require the customer to do so.

The learning materials available on the learner platform are protected by copyright. The educational materials may be used solely for personal use, for the purpose of completing the course. Any use of the content without permission may have legal consequences.

Statement on the right of withdrawal for an online course

If you choose an online course, once the full course fee has been paid, the participant receives immediate access to the full learning materials, and the service is automatically deemed to be performed.

By completing the application form and paying the course fee, the participant expressly consents to the performance of the training starting before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, and also acknowledges that the service qualifies as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and that, with the consumer’s express consent, performance and full access are provided immediately after purchase. As a result, Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 applies between the participant in the online course and the Service Provider, and — pursuant to Article 16 lit. m of Directive 2011/83/EU (which provides that, for digital content contracts not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply if performance begins with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose that right) — and under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (which similarly provide that, where a consumer has given express consent and acknowledgment to begin supplying digital content before the end of the cancellation period, the consumer’s right to cancel is lost), the usual withdrawal/cancellation rights do not apply.

By completing the order, the participant accepts and acknowledges these provisions.
